What You’ll Do: Crafting a variety of boba tea beverages and serving up our signature ice cream/italian ice. Following recipes to prepare either ingredients or supplies for our snacks, ice cream, italian ices and boba tea. Proactively and independently completing tasks needed to maintain store supplies and cleanliness. Providing warm, friendly and efficient service to every customer, ensuring they leave with a smile. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment. Working collaboratively with teammates to keep operations running smoothly. Handling transactions accurately and responsibly. What We’re Looking For: Someone 18 years or older, preferrably a college student with daytime availabilities A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. A proactive mindset vs. waiting to be told what to do. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
