Cas Fontenot State Farm in New Orleans is looking for a motivated, professional candidate with a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field to join our agency team. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous insurance experience is not required. Whether you're beginning your professional career or transitioning from another industry, this position provides an opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, customer relationships, business development, and financial services.

We're looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, is organized, enjoys working with customers, and is motivated to learn and develop professionally. Compensation $34,000$46,000 base salary + bonus + commissions. Compensation may increase as you develop your sales skills, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the agency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

• Comfortable communicating with customers and building relationships
• Willingness to learn insurance products, sales processes, and agency operations
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
• Previous insurance experience is not required
• Ability to obtain a Louisiana Property & Casualty insurance license

What You'll Do

• Learn the insurance business and State Farm products
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up with prospective customers and leads
• Develop sales, communication, and customer-service skills
• Assist customers with their insurance needs
• Work toward obtaining required insurance licenses
• Participate in agency sales and growth initiatives
