This pharmacist will analyze medication-use processes, review adverse drug events, lead root cause analyses, and design and implement safety protocols and clinical decision support. The role collaborates with pharmacy, nursing, physicians, and quality teams to reduce medication errors, optimize formulary and technology use (CPOE, BCMA, EMR), educate staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, supporting our mission of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
