• Active candidate search: Utilize diverse strategies and platforms to identify and attract talent.
• Interviews and candidate evaluation: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess experience and skills.
• Management of candidate database: Maintain and update information on current and potential candidates for future opportunities.
• More than 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Knowledge of ATS (desirable).
• Experience recruiting through LinkedIn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to evaluate candidates.
• Knowledge of talent search tools and employment platforms.
• Modality: Freelance, 100% Remote. Subject to result.
