We're hiring a Mortgage Closer I to support the mortgage closing process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for candidates with administrative, clerical, banking, or mortgage-related experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for detail. You'll work closely with closing agents, real estate professionals, and internal teams to help ensure loans close accurately and on time. What You'll Do Prepare and review mortgage closing packages Verify loan documentation and closing requirements Coordinate with settlement agents, attorneys, and internal partners Resolve documentation issues and discrepancies Calculate and verify loan figures and disbursements Ensure loans meet regulatory and company requirements Maintain accurate records and prepare files for post-closing review What We're Looking ForAdministrative, clerical, banking, or mortgage experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environmentComfortable working with numbers and reviewing documentationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience using computer systems and digital toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlinesWhy Apply?
